Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - Advance Booking: We recommend booking your car wash service at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. You can easily schedule an appointment via our website or by calling our customer service team. - Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your scheduled appointment details. Please review this information to ensure accuracy. - Service Selection: Please ensure you select the correct service package (e.g., exterior wash, full detail, etc.) when booking. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us for guidance. - Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure your vehicle is properly checked in. Cancellation Policy - Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20 cancellation fee. - No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 30 no-show fee will be charged. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Waitlist Policy - Availability: If we are fully booked, you can opt to be added to our waitlist. We'll contact you as soon as a time slot becomes available. - Waitlist Notifications: You will be notified via email or SMS if an opening becomes available. Please respond within 2 hours to confirm your appointment, or we will move on to the next person on the waitlist. - No Guarantee: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible. - Priority Booking: If you are on the waitlist, priority will be given based on the original booking time or service selection.
